Labcorp test 180084. First-void urine testing for Mycoplasma genitalium by nucleic acid amplification, with reflex macrolide resistance testing when the organism is detected. This test is most useful for persistent or recurrent urethritis, selected genital symptoms, or known partner infection. It is not intended as routine asymptomatic STI screening.
